Warranty
Many integrators will offer some sort of warranty with the installation of a new system. It is important for you to understand exactly what is covered under the warranty. You might be surprised to find out what isn't.
Most equipment manufacturers now offer a two to five year warranty against defects of workmanship. While the manufacturer's warranty does cover the repair of faulty equipment, they generally do not address issues such as labor costs associated with troubleshooting, removal of faulty equipment, and re-installation of repaired equipment.
MediaMerge™ provides a one-year system warranty in addition to the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers issues of design, wiring, installation, and aesthetics, as well as troubleshooting and removal and re-installation of faulty equipment.
MediaMerge warranty coverage also provides a pro-active approach to keep your system operating at 100%. During the warranty period, our technicians execute two preventative maintenance visits to verify that your equipment is operating properly and to identify and correct potential problems before they result in down-time. As a MediaMerge Warranty customer you also receive all of the Preferred Service benefits.
